Bookings for a class or lesson can be canceled up to 3 days in advance for a full refund.

Cancellations made 3 days or closer to the start of the class will not receive a refund. We have to be fair to instructors that depend on people showing up.

Bookings for multi-week classes can only be canceled and refunded for the entire multi-week class. We are unable to accept cancellation of individual classes or provide prorated refunds.

Court reservations can be canceled up to 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund.

Refunds will be issued for reservations that are canceled due to rain — see rain policy below.

Reservations are forfeited after 15 minutes if the player with the booking does not show up in person to claim the court.

On rainy days, Rec may have to close courts until they are playable for the safety of players and instructors.

Classes, Lessons, and Match-Play

For single drop-in classes, clinics, or match-play sessions a full refund will be issued for sessions that are not rescheduled.

If a session of a multi-week class is canceled for any weather-related reason, we will do our best to schedule a makeup session. Makeup sessions may be at a different time or day based on court and instructor availability. In the event that we are not able to schedule a makeup session, a refund will be issued for the missed session.

For those with classes, lessons, or match-play sessions booked please check your phone and email before heading to the court for any updates from Rec or your instructor on court closures.

Court Reservations

For those with court reservations we leave it to the player to decide if the court is playable for their court reservation. You can either go by the courts to check them or if you don't want to check the courts in person, you can make a decision from home. If there's been any rain that day or heavy rain the day before we'll happily refund you!
